Apple will announce the Fiscal Year 2016 Q1 Earnings on January 26.

The Apple Q1 2016 earnings call is scheduled for January 26. This is the crucial quarter that includes the Holiday shopping season. Apple's Q1 numbers are responsible for a large part of the annual revenues of the company.

The Q1 2015 revenue was a record-breaking $74.6 billion, with $18 billion in net profit. Apple beat the previous year by almost $20 billion in revenue (30% increase). It is unlikely that Apple will again make another jump like that in the Q1 2016 numbers. Apple had a solid year, but is seen to "only" match last year's revenues for the quarter.

Apple's Q1 2016 is the first full quarter that includes iPhone 6S sales. Ahead of the Apple Q1 2016 earnings call, the Financial Times reports that Apple Music has passed the 10 million subscriber mark according to people familiar with the matter. If true, than this achievement is likely going to be made official in the Apple Earnings call on January 26.

Attention of Apple fans is already shifting to the iPhone 7, expected to be launched this Fall. The iPhone 7 is expected to be a complete redesign. The latest rumors claim that Apple is releasing wireless earbuds, named AirPods, along with the iPhone 7.
