The Star Wars: The Force Awakens run at the Box Office is over.

Ride Along 2 takes the No. 1 spot at the weekend box office pushing Star Wars from the throne. The comedy starring Kevin Hart, Ice Cube and Olivia Munn, the new Lip Sync Battle Champion, has sold an estimated $39.5 million in tickets according to THR.

Leonardo DiCaprio's drama The Revenant took the No. 2 spot and Star Wars ranks 3rd. Star Wars is slowing down, but only after breaking several records. The Revenant has the most Oscar Nominations with 12. This has given the movie a renewed boost. The Revenant could give DiCaprio's first Oscar winning role.

Ride Along 2 comes two years after the first movie. It was a surprise hit and Ice Cube makes it sound that there will be a Ride Along 3.

Kevin Hart, Ice Cube and Olivia Munn have been busy all week promoting Ride Along 2 on TV shows including Lip Sync Battle, Late Night with Stephen Colbert and the Daily Show with Trevor Noah.

Ride Along 2 is taking place in Miami. Kevin Hart and Ice Cube are back with more over the top action, ridiculous stunts and funny dialogs. It's the classic cop-comedy re-created for today. Watch the trailer below.
