The actor has announced the three upcoming Fast movies and their release dates on his instagram.

Goodbye Paul Walker! That was the sentiment when fans filled out week after week to watch Fast 7 last year. The beloved car racing movie franchise lost one of its main and beloved characters when Paul Walker died in an accident.

Although the team pulled together to present the movie as attribute to Paul, the cast and the fans were not sure if there would be another movie.

Michelle Rodriguez spoke out saying that it would require a very good reason to move on from Paul’s death and invest in another Fast movie. She said they need a great plot and even greater director to pull them all back and produce another Fast and the Furious.

Seems like they found both the plot and the director that were so good that the main man, Vin Diesel announced on his Twitter and Facebook that we should not just wait for Furious 8 but for the 9th and 10th installment as well.

Fast 8 is being directed by Straight Outta Compton director, F. Gary Gray who expressed that he could not have been luckier to have producers like Vin Diesel, Neal H. Moritz, & the Universal Studios Entertainment to bring the fans the next installment of the franchise.

If Universal studios keep the timeline right and on schedule, it will have three successful movies to end the worldwide phenomenon that is Fast and the Furious.
