NASA Releases Visions of the Future Posters for Space Tourism
  • NASA promotes the Futuristic Idea of Space Tourism via Visions of the Future Posters

NASA has taken to promoting the futuristic idea of space tourism via its visionary and highly artistic posters. This fantasy may actually become a reality one day.

The space agency known as NASA has started its “Visions of the Future” drive which is pretty exciting and exhilarating. The common image of NASA as a large bureau that works according to strict rules and regulations may be softened a little via this strategy. NASA has its diversity and it is actually full of all sorts of creative artists and visionary dreamers. And it is they who lend color and depth to the agency.

These deep thinkers and space mystics were the ones behind the Jet Propulsion Lab. And they designed the Exoplanet Travel Bureau Poster Series. The series got published in 2015.

It was such a huge success among the public that a new line of posters titled “Visions of the Future” have been initiated. The first three were printed a day ago. All in all, 14 posters make up the series and they are available to be downloaded from the official JPL website.

The studio was all about the wilder side of NASA and it had people among its ranks who were busy gaining knowledge about knowledge.

These creative visionaries help each other by the cross-fertilization of ideas and concepts. They all have a pretty good feel for the universe and its mysteries.

The goal is to go where no man has gone before both as regards Mother Nature and the smaller human nature. NASA wanted these budding artists to create space exploration posters that announced tourism on a universal level.

In the future, people will go to planets rather than various cities on earth. It will be a giant leap for mankind indeed.

And it may be science fiction right now but the question is for how long. The posters announce the exploration of our solar system and in particular planets such as Venus, the moon Europa and of course our very own Planet Earth.

Earth is said to be our oasis in space. The planet Venus is labeled a rendezvous point with its Cloud 9 Observatory. Ceres is called the queen of the asteroid belt. The auroras of Jupiter are beautifully portrayed in a poster.

Titan and Europa are showed as a sea of tides and ice respectively. But even the NASA personnel know this much that actually Titan is not such a hospitable place and that in reality it probably smells like a gutter.
