Deadpool Set to Beat How to Be Single and Zoolander 2
  • Deadpool Targeting to be at the #1 Spot on Opening Week

Deadpool will be released along with “How to Be Single” and “Zoolander 2” this week. But it looks like Deadpool will be topping the other two.

The present weekend has arrived, along with its movies, which are being released this year. Last year in the same week “Fifty Shades of Grey” was the film that topped the box office, although it was R-rated.

This year Deadpool is looking to get the place of “Fifty Shades of Grey” which had a record opening of $85.1 million. Deadpool is a super hero movie which has nothing to do with a script like “Fifty Shades of Grey” which scored big last year.

Thus it might not go for a record breaking opening on the box office upon its release. However, there are better chances for it to earn than the rest. The other releases this week include “How to Be Single” and “Zoolander 2”.

Deadpool being released by Fox, will be showcased in 3,558 cinema theaters. That automatically increases its chances of success as compared to the other two. This movie might not get to see the numbers that were earned by “Fifty Shdes of Grey” but it might earn more than the rest.

When compared to other rivals “Zoolander” and “How to Be Single”, Deadpool will make a better grab for the audience, according to BoxOfficeMojo.

Zoolander will lose much of its audience due to Deadpool as it would be a better opportunity to watch a super-hero movie. “How to Be Single” will target girls having a weekend night out. Thus it might claim the second place after Deadpool.
