The 30th US President Calvin Coolidge was the last President to visit Cuba.

No US President has visited Cuba in 88 years. In 1928, President Calvin Coolidge was visiting Cuba. Now a senior administration official told NBC News that President Barack Obama will visit Cuba in the coming weeks.

This is a big historic moment. The relationship between Cuba and the United States have started to normalize just end of 2014.

Obama will meet Cuban President Raul Castro on his trip to Cuba. The official announcement of the Obama Cuba trip is expected for today.

Calvin Coolidge was the 30th President of the United States. He was a Republican lawyer born in Vermont in July of 1872. He got elected as the 29th Vice President in 1920. He became President when President Warren G. Harding died in 1923. Coolidge got elected as President in 1924 and served until 1929.
