The secretive Apple Car project is apparently loud.

The Apple Car is an open secret said Tesla Motor's CEO Elon Musk. Apparently it is also a very loud secret. "At three in the morning, they have deliveries. It’s very dark, very secretive. We don’t know what’s going on, but almost every night there is noise that wakes the dogs up," Joann Porter told KPIX 5’s Len Ramirez.

Apple has registered an "Auto Testing Facility" in Sunnyvale, CA in 2014. Now neighbors are getting annoyed by what is going on at that facility.

Local TV station KPIX 5 reports that people living on Bartlett Avenue near the Apple car testing facility are getting tailed by security when they walk their dogs.

Neighbors also report of noises form sheets of metal getting slammed. There is also a high-pitched hum that can go on all day.

To keep it secret working on gadgets like the iPhone is easy compared to hiding to build cars. Apple might not be able to keep this secret much longer, depending how far along the Apple Car, aka project Titan really is. Things appear to be happening, but Apple has so far not said one word about their ambitions to build cars.

A report in November said that Apple plans to build a big campus in San Jose that is supposedly for the car division.

It would be smarter for Apple to build the Apple Car somewhere in the desert. This way they can be as loud as they want.
