At the Mobile World Congress 2016 Sony showed off future gadgets.

Sony unveiled a series of smart gadgets under the Xperia brand at the Mobile World Congress 2016. The Sony Xperia Ear smart earpiece will ship this summer. The other three new smart devices are still in the concept phase including the Xperia Eye.

The Sony Xperia Eye is an ultra compact, wearable wide-angle lens camera. It has the flexibility to be easily attached to clothing or worn around the neck.

The Sony Xperia Eye represents a proof-of-concept exploration to bring Sony’s camera and sensing technology to its smallest ever form-factor. The Xperia Eye featuring a 360-degree spherical lens for a natural field of view. Its intelligent shutter technology will use facial and voice detection to capture images, allowing you to enjoy and preserve life’s moments without thinking about the technology.

Sony unveiled besides the Xperia Eye and Xperia Ear, the Xperia Agent and Xperia Projector along with the Sony Xperia X smartphone line at the MWC 2016.
