No iPhone 5se Parts Leaked Yet, which is Unusual

The iPhone 5se is supposed to be unveiled in less than three weeks. Where are the leaks?

Has Apple finally found a way to stop iPhone parts from leaking from its Asian supply chain partners? Or is the iPhone 5se just a mirage. The rumors say that the small 4-inch iPhone 5se will be unveiled at an Apple event on March 15. The new iPhone is supposed to go on sale three days later on March 18.

Update 02/27/16: The first iPhone SE part has leaked. See the iPhone SE screen part, surfaced on Chinese social media.

In less than a month the iPhone 5se is according to the rumor in consumers hands. The meet that time frame, Apple's partners would have to be already busy building the new iPhone 5se. Why are there no leaked parts then?

Tons of parts leaked ahead of the iPhone launches in the past years. In the weeks ahead of the iPhone media events you could basically build a complete iPhone from the parts leaking out of the supply chain.

Also mostly absent are the iPhone case makers. Where are the fake or best guess iPhone 5se cases? We only found one from Rearth. They guess that the iPhone 5se looks like a mini iPhone 6S.

The above image is the only alleged leaked photo of an iPhone 5se that has some credibility, but also raises questions as it collides with some rumors that float around saying the iPhone 5se looks more like an iPhone 5S. The photo surfaced on the Dutch One More Thing's forum.

In any case something is different with the iPhone 5se.

The iPhone 5se is said to run on latest A9 CPU. Other features include Apple Pay, iPhone 6 quality camera, always-on Siri and Live Photos. Color options are supposed to include bright pink. This new iPhone is offering a state-of-the-art iPhone experience, but in a small package with an expected lower price than the iPhone 6S.
