  • 2017 Suzuki Baleno to unveil at 2016 Geneva Motor Show!

The full production version of the new Suzuki Baleno will be displayed on March 1st.

Suzuki just announced the upcoming 2017 Baleno will be displayed at the Geneva Motor Show. The new compact model by Suzuki will feature an elegant design theme called ‘Liquid Flow’. The design theme was previewed last year as the iK-2 concept car.

The theme is based on a new lightweight platform. The 2017 Suzuki Baleno will boast a turbocharged 1.0-litre direct-injected three-pot BoosterJet petrol unit. The engine is capable of making 110hp and 170Nm (125lb ft) of torque.

The 2017 Baleno is also available in a new 1.2-litre SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) option. Similarly the 2017 Baleno will be offered in a four-cylinder petrol version.

The four-cylinder version will come with an integrated starter generator connected to a lithium-ion battery. The Baleno will come to Europe in summer 2016 and sales in UK will start from June.

The upcoming Baleno has an elegant and powerful design. It comes with a spacious cabin and luggage space plus a host of new technologies. All of the features contribute to a fun yet fuel efficient driving experience. The 2017 Baleno has much more than just good looks and convenience.

The 2017 Baleno layout has been optimised and various technologies used to reduce weight. The weight reduction meets the rigorous size and weight requirements of compact cars.

The 2017 Baleno also fulfils fuel efficiency and dynamic performance expectations. The new 2017 Baleno will be showcased at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show on the 1st of March.
