Following BMW M760Li xDrive world premiere, the auto maker will present different tech and parts.

It seems BMW will be very busy at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. In addition to the world premiere of the new BMW M760Li xDrive, the automaker has many showcases.

According to BMW, the M760Li xDrive raises the bar in the sporting luxury sedan segment. The variant BMW 7 Series model range has a TwinPower Turbo 12-cylinder petrol engine.

For M Performance the engine is a first and can generate 448 kW/610 hp. The M760Li is capable of going from 0 to 100 km/h / 62 mph in 3.7 seconds.

BMW will also debut the iPerformance model designation. The designation will identify the transfer of technology from BMW i to the BMW core brand. It will occur in all BMW plug-in hybrid vehicles from July 2016.

The new iPerformance model designation provides a visible indicator of the transfer of technology. The tech will first been seen in the BMW 740e iPerformance.

The main advantage will be in the technical expertise. It can be seen in the electric motors, battery cells and electronic control systems.

BMW M2 will also take the stage to showcase its BMW M Performance Parts. It will display a variety of components are available for the compact high-performance sports machine.

Similarly BMW present the BMW i8 Protonic Red Edition special-edition model. BMW will also highlight the success of the model on various fronts. The BMW i has achieved the largest market presence of any premium supplier of electric vehicles worldwide.

Lastly BMW will showcase the On-Street Parking Information intelligent search function. The function will be displayed as part of the BMW ConnectedDrive. The function will help drivers to locate free parking space more quickly.
