Dave Grohl Out of Foo Fighters and Nick Lachey Is In

Foo Fighters released an official band announcement announcing the inevitable breakup after Dave Grohl's Oscar performance.

Foo Fighters released a 7 minute video with an official band announcement. Dave Grohl is leaving the band after he found out that he wants to be alone on stage, after his performance at the Oscars.

Grohl will explore electronic music and his former band members find in Nick Lachey their new lead singer. Of course this is a joke. Foo Fighters troll everyone who believes that the Foo Fighters are breaking up. After the scene where Nick Lachey is performing with the Foo Fighters a message appears: "For the millionth time, we're not breaking up. And Nobody's going f!@#ing solo!"

To bring in Nick Lachey for this was a great idea. Just imagine a Foo Fighters concert without Dave Grohl. The fact that the band went to the length of making this elaborate video shows how annoyed they are by the rumors and speculations about a band break-up and Grohl going solo.

Watch the hilarious Foo Fighters prank video below.

Dave Grohl performed the Beatles' Blackbird in memoriam at the Oscars 2016. He delivered a very touching performance everybody was talking about.
