Swiss luxury watch maker Tag Heuer shows off virtual reality experiences at their Geneva Motor Show booth.

At the Geneva Motor Show 2016 the TAG Heuer Virtual Reality Project broke cover. TAG Heuer says the TAG Heuer Virtual Reality Project is the company's newest venture.

The Tag Heuer Geneva Motor Show booth features Samsung Gear VR goggles branded with gold Tag Heuer logo. If the crazy looking helmet shown in the image above is functional is not clear. Hollywood actor Patrick Dempsey and famous snowboard freerider Géraldine Fasnacht have tried the Tag Heuer virtual reality setup.

It is not clear how much substance is behind Tag Heuer's virtual reality product plans. Below Tag Heuer boss Jean-Claude Biver shows off the Tag Heuer VR helmet.

The TAG Heuer Virtual Reality experience at the Geneva Motor Show 2016 features a 360° adventure immersing the user into the heart of the Tag Heuer Carrera saga, from it’s launch in 1963, to its progression into the Heuer Carrera - 02T Tourbillon introduced earlier this year.

Tag Heuer expanded successfully into smartwatches in 2016. Maybe there is a place for Tag Heuer gear down the road of Virtual Reality.
