New photos of an alleged iPhone 7 dual lens module surfaced.

The iPhone 7 line-up is rumored to feature a model with dual lens camera. Now new images of the alleged iPhone 7 dual camera module surfaced. This exact iPhone 7 dual camera module has though been showing up already in January here (via 9to5mac).

The new photos circulating on Chinese social media like WeChat show now the dual camera module in other situations. The image above shows a guy holding it in his hands. The photo was spotted by Taiwanese AppleDaily.

Two things can be learned from these photos. There are dual camera modules available in the Asian supply chain and the the two lenses are different. If this dual camera module is really for an iPhone 7 Pro or special iPhone 7 Plus cannot be confirmed.

The dual camera rumor is supposed by analysts like Ming-Chi Kuo at KGI securities. The analyst said back in January that the dual camera system would be powered by technology Apple got via the Linx camera tech firm last year. The solution uses algorithms that combine the data of the two cameras into one high quality photo.
