  • 2017 BMW 5 Series Sedan New Spy Shots are Here

BMW has been testing the mid-size sedan for the past 12 months and is ready for its debut.

BMW just announced that at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, they will unveil the new generation G30 5 Series. The Paris Motor Show will take place in September 2016. BMW has been testing the midsize sedan for the last twelve months.

The G30 5 Series seems to be ready for its official debut. Spy photos of a camouflaged G30 5 Series had been circulating over the web for a while now. Recent spy photos show the heavily camouflaged prototype leaving a gas station in Germany.

The G30 5 Series has been using styling cues from the recently launched 7 Series. The spy photos show the middle class athlete stays true to the current BMW design language.

It comes with an elongated body style and sharp-rounded corners. According to BMWBlog, the G30 5 Series also contains upright kidney grille which connects with the headlights.

The new G30 5 Series is expected to offer optional laser headlights with selective beam. The rear end also features a sleeker look which is more upright.

The G30 5 Series features the same L-shaped LED taillights. Although when compared to the new 7 Series, the G30 5 Series is shorter. The G30 5 Series also has much shorter overhangs which leads to a tighter look.

The G30 5 Series will most probably retain the interior settings. Such as remote parking with the smart touchscreen key fob and gesture control. Similarly the Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system is also present. The G30 5 Series will arrive in the market by spring 2017.
