Netflix's Voltron First Look Shows Giant Robots
  • Get Ready to See Giant Robots in Netflix’s “Voltron”

The first trailer of “Voltron: Legendary Defender”, a Netflix animated series, is here. It is all a fan of Legendary Defender can expect to see.

Voltron is a famous animated robotic series of the 80s. A new season of this series “Voltron: Legendary Defender” is produced by DreamWorks Animation. They have successfully produced the first 13 episodes which will be released in June this year. Each episode will be 22 minutes long.

The original series that was aired around 1984-85 was based on a Japanese Anime. This series lead characters included five men and a princess.

All of these lived on a planet named Arus where they piloted lions and robots to fight the evil forces. The new series will surely have new technological tweaks however the basic story-line will remain the same for the fans.

Lauren Montgomery who is the co-executive producer of this show stated that his team is trying to have all the original touch in the show. He said that they wanted the show to portray a classic effect for the sake of the viewers.

Another executive producer Joaquim Dos Santos said that this series will be an “Epic Adventure” for anybody who loves a robotic animated series. He talked about the five lions that will turn into a giant robot and will thus be a plus for this series.

The cast of “Voltron: Legendary Defender, include Tyler Labine, Josh Keaton, Rhys Darby, Kimberly Brooks, Jeremy Shada, Bex Taylor and Steven Yeun.

The cast is huge and it will definitely make this series a better one to view. The first look teaser of “Voltron: Legendary Defender” is definitely impressive. DreamWorks have come up with fine animation series. We hope that this one will be a great one to watch too.
