  • Kesha Comes Out About A New Contract to Take Back her Case Against Dr. Luke

Kesha used her Instagram to go public about the new deal offered to her by Dr. Luke's legal team to rescind her case.

Kesha’s case has taken a new turn recently. Kesha and her mother Bebe Sebert sued Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, on charges of sexual, physical, emotional and verbal abuse.

This was while Kesha was recording with him at Kemosabe, a subsidiary of Sony Music. According to Kesha and Sebert, the recording producer had harassed the young pop singer while she was recording before with him.

However, the matter subsided and she came back to record with him but she sued him once more about past events.

So as both the sides have been in conversation about deals and how to sort the matter out. Kesha has been on the worst side of things in the whole case where she cannot record with anyone else while she is still in contract with Kemosabe.

She has been trying to get justice while her music career is careering downhill. She has received support by the like of Lady Gaga and Kesha is not giving up.

In a recent Instagram post of herself, she told the fans in the caption that she had finally got a shot at her freedom but only if she agreed to lie.

She told everyone in the post that she was being asked to apologize to everyone, take back her case and lie that she never got raped. She said that this is what happens behind closed doors which is an indication to the board meetings between her and Dr. Luke’s lawyers.

She has however decided to stick with the truth and not take her statement back. She said that she would rather have her career go to ruins for telling the truth but never ever lie for a monster again.
