The trailer for the new Batman games for the Xbox One and Sony PS4 has been released today. Batman: Return to Arkham will be released on July 26 and is available for pre-order now.

The remastered Batman games are available in the Microsoft Xbox store, Sony PlayStation Store and GameStop for pre-order. So far Batman: Return to Arkham has not been listed at the stores Warner Bros. Interactive lists.

The game includes Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City and all previously released DLC. The new Batman game is a recreation for the current generation of game consoles. Batman: Return to Arkham is available for Sony PS4 and Microsoft Xbox One.

Batman: Return to Arkham gives young games a chance to play the older titles in the Batman video game series on the new platforms. Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City have been big hits when the games came out. Batman: Arkham Asylum was released in 2009 and Batman: Arkham City has been released 2011.

The latest game in the Batman: Arkham series was the 2015 titled Batman: Arkham Knight.

In Batman: Arkham Asylum Batman finds himself trapped inside the confines of Gotham’s psychiatric hospital for the criminally insane, Arkham Asylum. The joker has set a trap for the Batman and has conspired with the deranged inmates to eliminate Batman once and for all. Adding to the authenticity of the game are veteran animated Batman voice talents Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy, who reprise their roles as The Joker and Batman respectively. “Batman: Arkham Asylum” features an original story by Paul Dini, Batman writer and five-time Emmy Award-winner whose credits include “Lost and Batman: The Animated Series.” Gamers will move in the shadows, instill fear amongst their enemies and confront The Joker and Gotham City's most notorious villains, including Harley Quinn, Bane, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy and Scarecrow, who have taken over the asylum.

Batman: Arkham City builds upon the intense, atmospheric foundation of Batman: Arkham Asylum, sending players soaring into Arkham City, the new maximum security "home" for all of Gotham City's thugs, gangsters and insane criminal masterminds.

Set inside the heavily fortified walls of a sprawling district in the heart of Gotham City, this highly anticipated sequel introduces a brand-new story that draws together a new all-star cast of classic characters and murderous villains from the Batman universe, as well as a vast range of new and enhanced gameplay features to deliver the ultimate experience as the Dark Knight.
