  • Acura Comes Forth with a Lustrous Self Driven Car

Acura has introduced a second generation self-driven car that is great in the looks department too.

Most of the Self Driven car prototypes that were released earlier were hideous to look at. The reason was that almost all of them had huge sensors fitted on the roof for motion detection and accurate driving.

These just gave the car a look of loathing for many. Nobody would like to be driven in a car which doesn’t look nice even if it flies! Where the sensors in other self-driven car models made them look brutal, the new Acura is something different.

Surprisingly the Acura Second generation autonomous car is something that you would love to have in your garage. This car is loaded with sensors however the size of sensors in this car is pretty small.

The small sensors on the roof attached to car don’t look repugnant. They let the car have a sleek look so you can drive it happily rather than worrying about the extra baggage attached to the roof.

The older system that was also known as LIDAR system involved a number of sensors. It was a spinning mechanism system that is replaced by a more intelligent technology.

This system involves compact and high quality light detection system. It has a RADAR system that is being updated. Along with that the performance of GPS has been increased. Acura says that this car has more intense and intelligent software algorithms so that it can support complex pathways.

Acura is a company led by Honda. They have been practicing this technology from some time now. They tested a car last year with last LADAR system. However Acura is all set to test his new sensors, which are claimed to be more accurate and efficient on the whole.
