David Hasselhoff calls for lowering spousal support since he seems to be broke with only $4000 in his bank account.

Getting a divorce in Hollywood can be a real hassle. That’s why David Hasselhoff who was once rich and famous is now engaged in a spousal support lawsuit with his ex-wife Pamela Bach. He is giving her $252,000 a year.

The actor stated that he is currently earning $112,000 per month but spends $66,000 of that. That added with the $21,000 of spousal support he pay Pamela hardly leaves any room for savings.

After stating his financial status, he also made point to elaborate that his own career was dwindling. He was not earning as well as he once was and that has led him to be broke. He said that he only had $4000 in his bank account to his name, TMZ reported.

The actor, reality star stated that his European tour had been cancelled due to poor ticket sales which have been a loss. Additionally, he said that his show Hoff the Record is not doing so well as they had originally hoped which leads to the conclusion that he has no stable income.

According to sources, Hasselhoff is definitely worth more than $4000. He has about $1.79 million in real estate, retirement savings, cars, jewellery, art and more.

Pamela Bach is claiming that the actor is worth $120 million and he has stints coming here and there which can make up for his flow of income. Hasselhoff has been currently pushing to lower the amount of spousal support to Pamela.

They were married for 17 years and have two daughters together; Taylor, 26, and Hayley, 23. The actor got engaged last month and is scheduled to make an appearance in the reboot of Baywatch starring Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Priyanka Chopra and Alexandra Diddario.
