The 199g light, foldable camera drone has an interesting rotor design. As you can see in the image the two blades are not fixed and rather attached on two hinges. Another way to launch the Dobby is via voice through the Dobby smartphone app.

The fourth way to launch the Dobby drone is by patting its back, making it easy to use for kids as well. It also understands hand gestures to control it without a smartphone.

Dobby is designed for indoor and outdoor use. It is resistant up to wind level 4. We already reported that the Dobby drone has GPS and visual navigation features. The 13MP camera is takes stabilized videos and images. The video states 1080p video recording and not 4K video as initially believed. Photos are taken with 4K resolution. The Dobby drone streams live video via Wi-fi to smartphones.

Dobby's flying modes include auto follow moving objects and flight paths including a built-in trajectory flight for cinematic selfie videos.

Images and videos are synchronized by the app with your preferred photo and social media services.

ZeroTech sells this feature packed selfie drone for less than $300. The Dobby has started to show up in Chinese gadget export shops for $350. It is though not shipping yet. I keep an eye on availability as I am definitely want this drone. It appears to be extremely easy to use and there just a ton ultra geeky functionality for the money in this flying gadget.
