Kanye West’s Calabasas studio was robbed and he suspects an inside job.

Sundays are great for meeting friends and family. Kanye West and wife Kim Kardashian thought just that when they went to meet John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s little baby girl Luna Simon who is just six weeks old. While the stars were meeting up with the musician and his wife and posing for cute pictures with little baby girl, Kanye received some bad news.

Reportedly, his recording studio in Calabasas was robbed. The robbery was a break-in where the door had been pried open and twenty thousand dollars’ worth of merchandise was taken including laptops and recording equipment. This was the studio where Kanye recorded songs for his album The Life of Pablo.

The singer reportedly suspects an inside job saying that someone on the inside must have aided the robbers in robbing his studio. He is at peace however saying that he was not recently recording there and any sensitive material on his computers was guarded by heavy-duty tech security. The studio is close to his residence and it is definitely a shout out that the robbers have robbed the star in his neighborhood.

This doesn’t seem to be the first incident of robbery in Kanye’s life. According to the lyrics of his song Real Friends, this kind of thing has happened before and he had to pay for that too. The lyrics goes something like; had a cousin that stole my laptop that I was f----ing b-----s on, paid that n---- 250 thousand just to get it from him.

The Calabasas, California police are trying to find and recover West’s property. Meanwhile the fans could see cute pictures of Baby Legend on Kim Kardashian’s Instagram feed where Kanye is also smiling while he cradled the baby in his arms. He has had lots of practice with North and Saint we guess.
