Hyundai is all set to release the first N-badged performance car and it will go on sale in 2017.

Hyundai i30 N will be launched in 2017. It is the first car produced by Hyundai from the N category. Albert Biermann, from Hyundai has confirmed the news of this new car to be released the next year and it will be less than £30K.

This car is a next generation car that has gotten a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine. It was hinted by officials that this car can top the speed of 155mph. This car will be laden with track performance package that will boost up the engine performance and steering as well.

According to AutoCar, this new N category car will be affordable and efficient. Buyers will be able to buy it in a price of £30,000. This i30N will come off with a manual gear box. The company says that an automatic transmission version will come in the year 2018. It was also revealed that an all-wheel-drive car can be expected in coming years too.

This Hyundai i30 N will be competing with Volkswagen, Ford Focus ST and Golf GTI. It comes with a 259bhp engine. However the company might make some changes before finalizing the release. It has an excellent performance break that makes stopping on high speed really efficient. Along with that it comes with tweaked gear box. Other than that it has an upgraded exhaust as well.

This car sums up luxury and affordability in one price. The hybrid version in N series of Hyundai is a concept that has not been touched yet. According to Hyundai officials the N series has a long way to go before stepping into hybrid technology. The testing of car showed it to have a 259bhp with 227lb ft. at 6000rpm.
