uberPOOL becomes more punctual and will take you anywhere on time. If you arrive late, Uber will credit you $2.

Uber has come up with a new feature. They have called it UberPOOL. This is a unique car pool service that claims to take you anywhere on time.

According to Uber this carpooling service will let you have a much faster ride anywhere you want. The time for waiting for a car to arrive will be less in this case too. This feature is specially designed so that nobody arrives late to work or anywhere they want to go.

Along with this if any of the passengers get late then Uber will pay a credit to $2 to the passenger’s account. This facility is introduced in Los Angeles. So the people who live in the city or nearby will be able to benefit from it.

According to Uber, if you live in Los Angeles then you have to go through these simple steps on your Uber application

1. Select uberPOOL on your device and set a pick up and drop off destination.

2. You will be shown a price and average time to reach the destination, even if it involves somebody joining you.

3. If the choice is met with your demands then you can order the ride by hitting “Request uberPOOL” and you will be good to go.

Carpooling services in the form of cab sharing can be beneficial for many. As many people going on the same route can join on the journey. It will save money and fuel for all the passengers. Along with that it will be really beneficial for environment.

If the project is successful it might be introduced in other cities as well.
