Microsoft rejected the rumors that a PC version of Halo 5 is launching at E3 2016.

Few days earlier, it was rumored that Microsoft was going to launch Halo 5 in PC version as well. This news gave loads of hope and happiness to gamers who prefer to play on PC. However Microsoft recently rejected these rumors by saying that they were working on a PC module of this game but this E3 will not offer one.

The Microsoft spokesperson told PCGamer that they were preparing a PC version for Halo Wars 2 and Halo 5: Forge. However there are no plans in order to bring Halo 5: Guardians to PC. It will remain an Xbox game for the long run.

The head of Xbox Phil Spencer has previously said that a PC versions of Halo 5: Guardian was unlikely. Though he said that future versions of Halo can be released on PC version. So the fans can expect a serious action on their PC too. Halo Fans thus will have to wait a little bit on the other hand for the other versions to come on PC mode.

E3 will run from 14th to 16th June. It will introduce various anticipated games from the biggest franchises. We will keep you posted if we will find anything new about the PC version of Halo 5: Guardian.
