  • Daniel Radcliffe Gets Into Character for Swiss Army Man Premiere

Daniel Radcliffe plays his corpse role perfectly on the red carpet of the movie release Swiss Army Man.

The movie got mixed reviews at the Sundance Film Festival but the hopes were still high with public premiere of the movie Swiss Army Man. Starring former Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe and Golden Globe nominee Paul Dano, the stars came out for the red carpet event for the premiere of the movie.

While we are accustomed to stars posing and strutting their stuff for the cameras on these occasions, as many were, Daniel decided to go another path altogether. We remember Amy Schumer pretending to fall on her face.

Daniel did one up from her. He simply laid down on the red carpet and played a corpse while the camera clicked away. Wearing a navy blue suit and a patterned blue shirt, the star looked pale and corpse-like which compliments his role in the film.

The movie has nothing to do with the army itself. It is simply a referring fact to the usefulness of Daniel Radcliffe’s corpse in every isolated situation that a suicidal Paul Dano requires him for.

The trailer for the film features Dano riding Radcliffe like a Jet Ski across the ocean and using his flatulence as a resource to get things done.

The movie has not sit well with the audience. According to a US Weekly source, 25 percent of the audience left the theater while the movie was playing. The concerning factors of disgust and discomfort with the discussion and overt use of flatulence and poop does not agree with everyone.

Moreover, the critics have called the movie a student film that got out of hand. Truly Daniel and Paul have done better roles and hopefully this movie will not put a dent in their careers.
