2017 BMW X3 Hot M-division Model Spotted

BMW’s upcoming SUV was spotted while being driven for a test drive.

The BMW X3 2017 is all set to arrive next year. We have seen it plenty of times bring driven on the roads earlier on in order for a test drive. This SUV is pretty special as it will be the first one with hybrid powertrain having an xDriveM40i M performance model.

The regular model of this car is going to arrive in the year 2017 however this M model is supposed to arrive in the year 2018. We have the first glimpse of this car exclusively for you which will give you an insight about the body and shape of this medium sized SUV.

This X3 xDriveM40i M produced by BMW will sport the BMW twin turbocharged 3.0 liter straight six engine. This engine is also being featured in the new BMW 7 series. It is said that this model will be accompanied by a diesel variant as well. It will support a powerful 376bhp, triple charged turbo engine. It will be a 3.0 liters in line six cylinder engine. This is also used by BMW X5 M50d.

According to AutoCar, this new X3 which has a code name G01 will surely get a bigger cabin than previous models. Along with that it will have a bigger infotainment screen too. This SUV is expected to arrive with BMW’s iDrive System.

The previous spy pictures which were shot conformed that its basic shape will remain the same. This SUV will get some new tweaks in the interior and some major tweaks in the engine. It will come with a roof spoiler and larger wheels as compared to old model. It can be seen that it will have a slightly longer wheelbase than its predecessor. Its major competitions will include Porsche Macan Turbo and Mercedes AMG GLC63 which is yet to arrive.
