  • Democratic National Convention Gathers Support with Celebrity Filled Fight Song

All the supporters of Hilary Clinton feature in a new video of the Fight Song directed by Elizabeth Banks.

It seems like a lot of celebrities are backing Hilary Clinton. On the second day of the Democratic National Convention, after a multitude of celebrities spoke and even performed to show their support for Hilary Clinton, there is little doubt in our minds about who they are backing in the presidential race.

The celebrities included likes of Eva Longoria, Lena Dunham, America Ferrera, Demi Lovato, Meryl Streep, Elizabeth Banks and many more. While some of the celebrities focused on the more serious issues, others like Dunham, Ferrera and Banks tapped into their comedic penchant to evoke some fun at the Republican candidate Donald Trump. Elizabeth Banks went one step further to draw comparisons between her Hunger Games’ character Effie Trinket and Trump.

That is not all that she did. The Pitch Perfect star and director also harnesses the positive energy around the celebrity support for Clinton, mixed it up with the acapella magic that works in Pitch Perfect to make a new video featuring an array of celebrities including singers, hosts, presenters, actors, rappers including Aisha Tyler, Alan Cumming, America Ferrera, Ben Platt, Billy Porter, Chrissie Fit, Connie Britton, Elizabeth Banks, Ellen Greene, Esther Dean, Eva Longoria, Garrett Clayton, Hana Mae Lee, Ian Somerhalder, Idina Menzel, Jaime King, Jane Fonda, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, John Michael Higgens, Josh Lucas, Julie Bowen, Kathy Najimy, Kelly Jackle, Kristin Chenoweth, Mandy Moore, Mary McCormack, Mary-Louise Parker, Mike Thompkins, Nikki Read, Rachel Platten, Renee Fleming, Rob Reiner, Shelley Regner, Sia and TR Knight to sing Rachel Platten's Fight is the favorite walk-out song of Hillary Clinton so what better song to use then this one.

The song debuted at the Democratic National Convention and shows the fight the Democratic candidate will be putting up in this election campaign.
