The output of 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 has been revised.

The 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 was reveled in March this year. It will be available for sale next year. It was reveled in March that this car will get an output of 640bhp and a torque of 640 pound-feet as well. These numbers surely meant that this car will be a powerful one. However we have been handed a recently leaked report according to which the finished production model will get even high horsepower than this one.

The order guide which was obtained from Camaro6 revealed that 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 will have a horsepower of 650 and a torque of 650 lb.ft. as well. These numbers are pretty good to look at however they didn’t come as a big shock. The same engine that is being used in 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is also being used commercially in Corvette Z06.

We are expecting the ZL1 to have a 6.2 liters V-8 supercharged engine. This engine is known as LT4. The car will be available in either 6-speed manual transmission or a new 10-apeed automatic transmission. This automatic transmission is said to shift faster than any of the dual-clutch transmissions.
This 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 has been redesigned in a way that its weight has been reduced to a certain extent.

Along with the powerful engine, ZL1 is sure to break the record of its previous model. The ZL1 which has gone in production will be available in market at the end of this year. It will be available in coupe body style only. While the convertible will be available in year 2017. We are also expecting another car Z/28 by Chevy in the year 2017 to go with 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.
