Amber Heard has said that she will be present for deposition in L.A. but Johnny’s presence is posing a serious question.

Amber Heard was recently spotted in London partying hard with billionaire Elon Musk and the Suicide Squad cast including Cara Delevingne. She looked better than a month ago when she was turned back by DC to gain some weight following her divorce filing against Johnny Depp.

That matter seems to have cooled down over a month when the stars have quietly waited and more frankly preparing for the deposition date that was set by the court for this coming Saturday.

Amber has already got one temporary restraining order against Johnny, she was pushing for a permanent restraining order in their last hearing, she had currently taken off the alimony and spousal support demands off the table while she pursues for divorce.

She has also accused Johnny of verbally and physically abusing her over the brief tenure of their marriage. She had emphasized that the actor’s abuse towards her should be acknowledged fully in the divorce decision.

Meanwhile Johnny Depp has remained quiet on his part. Seeing that he had recently lost his mother prior to Amber’s filing for divorce and her accusations, Johnny spent time away on his private island. His family and friends have spoken out for Johnny and his kind nature.

After a month however, Johnny might be prepared to step up. According to reports, Amber has declared that she would be in court for her deposition in which she will hopefully get her permanent restraining order against Johnny.

However, there are also rumors that Johnny himself might be in attendance at the deposition. According to sources, Johnny’s lawyers are ready to grill Amber about her abuse charges against their client.

Johnny’s presence might also add to the tension. People are also speculating that following the temporary restraining order, will Amber allow Johnny to be in the court room when she gives her statement.
