Both the new Motorola phones were launched with a specific target market in mind.

The Moto Z Force caters to all those people who look towards durability as a major feature for their phone while the standard Z with its 5.22 mm profile is targeted at a market who wants a sleek and beautiful looking phone.

Regardless of this you wouldn’t want a phone which costs more than $600 to just break at the lightest drop. While we didn’t have the heart to perform a drop or torture test on the Motorola Z and Z Force YouTuber JerryRigEverything did.

It turns out the phone is pretty sturdy and will survive a lot. So you don’t have to worry about damaging your phone beyond the point of repair if one of your heavier friend’s sits on it accidentally or even of you light the display on fire on purpose, which is highly unlikely and super weird.

But you will have to be careful as some parts of the phone are more prone to scratches than other though the Gorilla Glass 4 protected AMOLED panel gives ample protection.
