Amazon Unveils First “Prime Air” Cargo Plane
Amazon

Amazon has a shiny new branded Boeing 767-300 cargo plane that it plans to show off at the SeaFair air show.

The plane falls under the operations of Atlas Air and is the first in the fleet that Amazon eventually wishes to own under its Prime Air cargo operations.

All in all Amazon is planning on leasing 40 planes from Atlas and ATSG. With this move the delivery time has been reduced to up to two hours depending on your location and should be enough to calm all those customers who complain that Amazon takes too long to deliver its products.

The key to making Prime Now are work are fully stocked warehouses. Amazon is forever working on ways to increase its delivery time.

In the past it has bought 4000 trailers and launched Amazon Flex to bring its efforts into fruition. Well this certainly is exciting news for all Amazon users.
