We might get to see a new premium iPhone in 2017 if the report which claims its release turns out to be true.

But it will not be the first time we have heard that an iPhone with a curved display will make its way to us in 2017.

This iPhone Pro rumor has kept on gaining and losing traction over time so there might be something to it.

The report which comes from Nikkei Asian Review says the iPhone Pro will most definitely be following the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus releases next month, but in 2017.

The premium updated on the iPhone will include a curved OLED display in a screen size which is yet unknown.

According to the report “There will be a 4.7-inch model, another that will be 5.5-inches and a premium handset that will be either 5.5-inches or larger equipped with a screen bent on the two sides.”

This means that Apple will now have a lineup which is similar to Samsung which offer smaller, larger and curved variants of the same model in its high end Galaxy lineup.

Which leaves us to ponder over the additional features that the iPhone Pro will have over the iPhone 7 and 7 plus.
