The watches currently comes with a 45mm case and has an unidentified SoC but it could most likely end up featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100.
The Q Wander / Marshal / Founder touchscreen stainless steel smartwatches are retailing for $295 to $315 within the US.
The watches have a 4GB memory, 360mAh and 400 mAh battery which is sufficient for normal daily usage.
The watch comes with Bluetooth Smart / 4.1 Low Energy and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity.
You can get a stainless steel, brown leather, Gold tone stainless, black silicon, two tone stainless steel or as a black leather smartwatch, depending on what strikes your fancy.
The watches are offered in different varieties namely the Wander, Q Marshal and Q Founder.
All the watches have identical circular screen but slightly different case shapes.
The watch charges by placing it on an inductive charging magnet. The thickness of the case differs from each variant.
The Founder is 13mm while the Wander and Marshal is14mm. The watch shall support all features that come with Android Wear.
Fossil is among one of the many watch manufacturers who want to take advantage from this new market segment.
Fossil will have success with these watches due to their affordability. You can buy them within the US already while sales in Europe will start soon.
