Now it looks like the company is going to follow this car in production in order to make the company stand again out of the diesel emission scandal.
The parent company Volkswagen faced loads of financial losses by paying for the emission scandal fraud. Now VW is trying to revoke both its credentials in terms of finances and repute in the auto industry.
The new addition to the Bugatti family of luxury cars will be a means for the company to resurrect from the financial losses that they have been dealing with. It will be a four-seater saloon most probably, however more variants of this car are also being considered.
It is said that it will replace the 1.9 million Euro Chiron by Bugatti and will give a tough competition to Rolls-Royce Phantom. The Chiron is originally a mid-engine car while this new Bugatti Galibier will have a front engine lay out, according to AutoCar.
In 2011, Bugatti had given a green signal for the production of Bugatti Galibier, however we did not see any of those. Now Bugatti is looking for a four seater luxury salon supercar.
This concept can easily be achieved by the company in the form of this car. There are great chances that its production will finally start after the production of Chiron will finish officially.
According to the company, Bugatti is trying to build up a financial plan that will go beyond the sales of Chiron which is the reason that they are looking forward to introduce a new luxury car in the new phase.
