  • Honda Patent Shows the Concept of X-Ray like Vision while Driving a Car

Honda’s new patent shows the concept of X-Ray technology.

Number of patents which were submitted by Honda were reveled today that actually show a drastic and futuristic technology that might be seen in upcoming cars.

The patents showed the concept of X-Ray vision that can be used while driving a car. This patent shows that the concept of augmented reality can be a real thing in near future.

The patent involved a head-up display (HUD) which is supposed to be used by the driver while driving the car. This kind of vision is just like the superpower of superman. Well who won’t want it? I surely would love to have it.

The two patents submitted by Honda have different features. The first patent shows the design of a module that is used for pedestrian detection. This technology will alert the driver from upcoming pedestrians, cars or any other restrains on the way.

This will make sure that the collision with any upcoming distraction is avoided. This will also prove to a better means of driving in case of safety.

This system will not only alert the driving but will also tell about the exact location of the pedestrians on road in the augmented reality HUD. Thus the driver will be able to detect the oncoming situation before it actually occurs.

The second patent that is introduced is supposes to add vehicle to vehicle communications in order to keep tracks of the cars in the traffic. Thus the cars will be able to calculate the distance between the cars.

The information gathered will be transferred to the desired vehicle, giving it a clear picture of road ahead. This will also decrease the chances of sudden accidents and sudden brakes.
