Tesla Model S Officially Becomes the Longest-Range Zero-Emission Vehicle
  • Tesla Model X is the World’s highest mileage, zero-emission vehicle

Tesla has outrun all the other brands with this long range.

Tesla has left Toyota way back in the race of introducing the cars with longest mileage. The company has officially logged its name at the top of list of cars which offer highest mileage in the zero-emission range.

The Tesla Model X has become the world’s number one zero emission vehicle that can give you mileage which is way better than any other model or brand.

However Toyota also managed to bag a title in this race of titles too. The company was registered in the Guinness World Records for the most electric miles driven in the 24 hour period, according to Autoblog.

It was announced earlier by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that the Tesla Model S P100D has the ability to offer 315 miles in a single charge which is not attained by any other company yet.

The car also have the ability to top 0-60 miles per hour in mere 2.5 seconds which is again a great work to do. The new P100D also got the 98 percent ratings from officials on the fuel consumption.

Tesla Model S beat the record of Toyota MIrai which has the ability to go as far as 312 miles on a full hydrogen fuel cell.

If we compare at the price of two, the P100D is available at $134,500 while the Mirai is available at its less than half price. There is a huge difference of price between the two.

The Mirai is however in a good position when refueling is concerned. Other than that it also covered 1438 miles in 24 hours which is a record Tesla yet has to break.
