The Cozmo Robot is setting new standards for toy robots.

Anki created a robot toy straight out of a Pixar movie called Cozmo. He has the same vibe as WALL-E. We reported about the cute toy robot back in July the first time, now it is on sale. The little robot that looks like small bulldozer with a head. The app connected toy robot has its own personality. Kids can play games with the robot and the supplied three interactive cubes.

Cozmo is jam packed with sensors. He is able to recognize faces and call out the person's name. Anki combined the concept of a Furby with that of a robot that actually can do stuff. 

One of the games is testing your reflexes against Cozmo. This is like playing with a cat. Toy reviewer Dad Does has published an in-depth video review that shows how real this toy robot is. Kids will emotionally connect to this little guy.

Cozmo sells for $179.99 on Amazon.com and it will be become a hard to find Holiday Toy of 2016 despite the high price.
