iPhone 7 Explodes!!
7 news

This time its iPhone 7 not Note 7!!

Now haven’t we heard a similar story before? Oh yes how can we forget the incident in which a Jeep caught fire in Florida because of the Samsung Note 7. A case similar to what happened with the Note 7 is emerging. Some of the iPhone 7 devices are catching fire within the first or second week upon activation.

The iPhone 7 has seen a couple of similar cases and if this continues, it may result in a worldwide recall. The fire incident goes like this as per 7 News, Mat had left his phone under a pile of clothes while he was away taking his surfing lesson. When he returned he saw his whole car filled with smoke.

The phone happened to heat up too much and smoked the entire car interior in to a crisp. Jones told 7 News that Ash was coming from inside of the pants when he unwrapped them he found the phone melting outside of it. Jones, a Surf instructor now has no phone as well as car because of the high damage to it during the fire.

7 News says that Apple has knowledge of this incident and has started an investigation in to the circumstances which caused this phone ignition. The investigation will also probe whether the fire was caused due to a defective iPhone device. The iPhone was placed under clothes and was also in a car parked at the beach.

It is most likely that the heat built up in the car caused the temperature of the phone to rise which acted as a catalyst for the ignition process If you own a phone make sure you do not let it overheat in any situation and most importantly never let it charge on your bed under or even near a pillow. Phones usually get really hot when they are charging and may cause damage if they over heat.
