  • Turner Sports will again present its Sports Business Innovation at CES

2017 will be second the consecutive year Turner Sports will bring its showcase to Las Vegas

Turner Sports is yet again going to bring its very special Sports Business Innovation showcase to the CES 2017. The showcase will be part of an overall Turner experience at the upcoming CES event in Las Vegas.

The showcase will be highlighted by a full day of activities to take place on Thursday the 5th of January, 2017. The showcase will feature a panel resided by guests like NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and NCAA President Mark Emmert. The panel will carry out discussions, following which a live studio show will take place.

Another part of the Turner Sports showcase will feature a virtual race. The ELEAGUE will partner with the FIA Formula E Championship for the eRace. The eRace will include a special track designed with the famous Las Vegas Strip in mind.

The track will include all 20 Formula E drivers along 10 fans from across the world. All of them will compete in the race for a prize worth one million dollars. ELEAGUE will also be covering along with producing the entire event. The event will be featured online via Twitch.

Subsequently at the Sports Business Innovation panel the discussions will be carried out by leading executives and personalities. They will discuss all the innovations currently driving the evolution of the sports industry. They will also discuss the changing habits of sport fans and the dramatic growth of eSports sector as a leading business venture.

The panel will also feature personalities like Bleacher Report CEO Dave Finocchio and the Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott. They will discuss the evolution of consumers and fans when it comes to real-time sport which is an ever-growing platform.
