New MacBook Pro, 13-Inch MacBook will be Coming Next Week, iMac And Display Delayed Till 2017

New MacBooks are coming folks!!

As the Apple October 27 media event is approaching we are receiving much solidified rumors and we now see a clearer picture of what may be announced by Apple at the event. Many things have been said about new MacBooks, MacBook Airs, MacBook Pros, iMacs and lately we even heard about Cinema displays.

The latest update is that the prolific analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has now given his stance and has actually confirmed that most of these claims are actually correct. Kuo has been very accurate in such matters over the previous years and according to him Apple will be announcing a 13-Inch MacBook as well as 13 and 15 inch MacBook Pro at the coming event.

Unfortunately those who were anticipating the updated iMacs and Cinema Displays will have to wait until next year. In addition those of you who are waiting for a new Mac Pro are in for even more bad news because nothing was mentioned by Kuo in the report. Starting off with the 13-inch MacBook Air, Kuo has still not confirmed if the device will be a replacement for the current 12 inch model of the MacBook or it will be an complimentary notebook.

We still do not understand how Apple will benefit from having two notebooks from the same line having almost the same sizes. It may be possible however that the increased size would make space for powerful innards. This however will remain a mystery until confirmation next week. On the other hand MacBook Pro does make sense. The new 13 and 15 inch notebooks are much needed especially after the time since a MacBook Pro refresh took place.

We now see rumors such as special OLED touch panel also known as the Magic toolbar also sounding to be truer. A refresh for the entire line makes sense. Kuo did state that there will be numerous changes in the MacBook this year but no specifications have been given in the report.

Previous rumors indicate there might be a USB-C thunderbolt support and touch ID on the power button, a brand new keyboard mechanism, different colour options and much more. The 27th isn’t far away now and soon we will find all of our questions to be answered.
