Apple AirPods Release Date Pushed Back

AirPods are not ready yet...

Just before the Apple ‘Hello Again’ Media Mac event a news has surfaced regarding the Apple Airpods. These much awaited AirPods release date has been pushed back according to TechCrunch. The company states that unknown hardware and software issues have to be addressed.

Thus, the earphones will not be available for public consumption soon enough. A spokesperson gave a statement to the media. He stated that the company is overwhelmed by the initial response of the AirPods. However the company does not believe in shipping a device before it is actually ready.

Therefore it needs a little more time before the Airpods are ready for customers. So there you have it. You should not expect Apple to make Airpods for sale after its ‘hello again’ event. The Airpods were originally announced last month at the iPhone 7 event.

The Apple AirPods are wireless earphones and are powered by the Apple W1 chip. They are extremely easy to pair up with Apple devices such as the iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Apple Watch and even Mac via iCloud.

The W1 chip also helps in increasing range and battery for the Airpods. As far as battery is concerned the Airpods come with their own special casing. This makes it easy to carry around and the built in battery keeps them charged for up to 24 hours.

In addition, Apple Airpods include other amazing features such as Siri voice control, sensors to detect automatically when they are in ear, external noise reduction, the ability to connect with other non-Apple devices Bluetooth and much more.

The other two products which are powered by the W1 chip are Powerbeats 3 and Solo 3 headphones. Both of them products are available for sale. The AirPods are priced at $159 and were scheduled to ship out late in October. However now as we observe this delay and since Apple is not giving any date for future availability, we expect them to come out late.
