The cast of Will & Grace recently got together to film a video in support of Hillary Clinton. However, there was such an uproar over the reunion that it caught the attention of their old network, and now there is thought that they will get a full-fledged revival.

According to TVLine, NBC is in preliminary talks with the six principal players of the show:  series creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, and stars Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes. They want to do a limited-run of original episodes, though it is unclear what this would mean.

NBC isn't really talking about anything yet, but the recent trend of revivals and sequels means that it isn't out of the question.

The webisode of the Emmy-winning show had the actors reprising their roles for 10 minutes and it even recreated their iconic apartment. However, NBC wasn't included in that project.

“The response has been very overwhelming and really, really heartwarming,” Messing said at the time.

McCormack, meanwhile, was upbeat about the possibility of a larger-scale continuation, saying “We’d all be interested to get that call, I think.”

Let's hope that this show does get a revival, it was before its time and opened so many eyes.
