Before the Flood is a documentary from Leonardo DiCaprio that focuses on the intense dangers of climate change. DiCaprio has been one of the most outspoken activists for conservation and environmental rights for over a decade.

The actor has made a documentary in conjunction with National Geographic called Before the Flood. Now, it is available for free on the internet. The video will be available on National Geographic's website and on YouTube, where it has already been viewed 5.5 million times.

You can watch the film in just over an hour and a half, covering DiCaprio's travels throughout the globe to talk to experts and research climate change.

"I just want to know how far we've gone, how much damage we've done, and if there's anything we can do to stop it," the Oscar-winning actor says at the start of the documentary.

You'll see a few other celebrity cameos, including Elon Musk and President Obama, who give their views on global warming and what we can do.

Professionals warn of mass devastation, warning that sea levels can rise between 10 and 32 inches and that temperatures will rise between 0.3 and 4.8 degrees centigrade.

IPCC co-chairman Thomas Stocker said: "Heatwaves are very likely to occur more frequently and last longer. As the Earth warms, we expect to see currently wet regions receiving more rainfall, and dry regions receiving less, though there will be exceptions."
