The SEMA in Las Vegas this year was a host for many exciting things from Ford.

This year’s SEMA show is filled with all the latest gadgets, accessories and customized concepts that one can dream off. Ford is here to celebrate the event by introducing a number of vehicles and accessories to go with these vehicles.

The company is all set to display more than almost 50 vehicle concepts in the event. Along with these they are off to showcase the winning race cars and a collection of Ford Performance Parts.

The Ford Performance app that is being debuted by Ford is a new logging data application for better understanding of one’s own vehicle. The application will be responsible for data sharing, data analysis on advanced level and video capture on the customer’s own smartphone.

The app will be able to incorporate Ford SYNC 3 in it that will provide intuitive controls allowing users to record and share the track accomplishments. The application will be available for the most popular smartphone platforms in the year 2017.

“Ford Performance wants to provide our customers a simple, shareable way to capture their track exploits,” says Dave Pericak, global director, Ford Performance.

“The ability to take their track sessions with them everywhere they go and easily share their footage and data with friends is a huge benefit of our new app.”

The new Mustang GT4 turnkey race car is another reveal by the company in SEMA 2016 show. Mustang is one of the most prominent cars in the history of Ford in US. It has been redefined and customized from time to time in a number of ways. However the base of these cars have always been kept original to its roots.

This car is all set to enter the GT4 series in world. The car has improved aerodynamics that has made it faster and aggressive in performance.

“The new Mustang is a global vehicle,” says Mark Rushbrook, motorsports engineering manager, Ford Performance. “Now, its growing fan base has a GT4 competition model to race and support around the globe.
