Samsung has now pushed the date to April so that it can ensure the phone to be safe and secure. The S8 was initially planned to be launched at the MWC next year.

Galaxy S8 Development Timeline

A new report has been released today which gives us an idea of Samsung’s S8 development timeline. It is rumored that Samsung is ordering the parts of the phone in the coming January. It will assemble the first prototypes and initiate the testing process.

The suppliers will be ready for pressure in February when the company orders in more refined units for testing. March will be the final month for production so that the phone can be released in April. Samsung still hasn’t found out the cause for the battery disaster in the Note 7.
