For most people, Pokemon Go is something they only open up once in a while anymore. However, Niantic and Nintendo want to change that so more people are using the game than every before. Despite the fact that the game is getting older, they are trying to make it highly enjoyable for everyone.

According to iTech Times, the next big event to draw people back into the game, will take place this coming weekend and will end by November 23, which is right before Thanksgiving. The report says that the event will happen in Japan in three different areas. If you want to know more about that, check out our report on it.

However, for people in the United States, there is a bit of hope as well. There will be a US event starting November 24, just in time to work some of your Thanksgiving dinner off.

There should be other mini events around the rest of the world.

With these events, there should be short spawning hikes like the Lapras event after Halloween. Niantic is said to be testing out other mini-events and applying them gradually to new areas to see where they work.

Remember to be on your best behavior when playing Pokemon Go, especially around the holidays. The world is in a bit of a tumultuous state these last few days and it wouldn't be a great idea to get someone mad.
