Are the hundreds of UFOs in the YouTube clip for real or is it just an optical illusion?

We live in an era where everything is possible. Life beyond earth is not a myth for many anymore. The only query is when and where and if we will ever find aliens.

But a YouTube clip seems to have the answer to that. The clip is supposedly a leaked footage of UFOs landing on moon. The clip claims our natural satellite may have been claimed by alien life.

Hundreds of UFO like objects can be seen taking off from the lunar surface in the clip. The spaceships can also be seen going around and behind the lunar surface.

However this could all be simply a hoax or an optical illusion. The video was uploaded on YouTube on the 13th of November by the user Gerril Vigil. The video has commentary by a voice being called Mister Enigma which recites how the UFOs can be seen leaving the moon.

Finally digital experts weighed in on the supposedly alien colonization of moon, saying the spacecraft’s are nothing more than an optical illusion, according to DailyMail.

The optical illusion has been caused by digital glitches which are known as artefacts in images. Basically it is a phenomenon seen whenever the surface of the moon is focused upon.

Photography Life commented on the video saying the effect is called Chromatic Aberration, which occurs when the lens of telescope is out of focus. In this effect the lens is unable to combine all the wavelengths of color to the same focal plane.

Another user also stated the UFOs are just an optical illusion when the humidity is high and light from moon gets distorted due to multiple light sources. In this way the earth is reflected back on the moon making it look like being invaded by UFOs.
