It looks like many of the Victoria’s Secret supermodels, with their long legs that go on forever and bulging busts, pump iron in the gym before walking the ramp.

The theory that training with weights will make a woman bulky and not feminine is all clearly a load of crap. The evidence is right before our very eyes.

We do not have to go very far to see that most of the Victoria’s Secret supermodels tend to spend hours pumping iron in the gym.

They sweat like crazy and get their muscles in a state of energized activity. Yet they don’s show any signs of being bulky or have big builds.

It is not just that they have their genetic endowment to thank for the results you see on the catwalk. Rather, they put in hours at the gym and follow a clean and good diet regarding which their bodies speak volumes on the ramp, according to Comopolitan.

Constant exercise and donkey work make their bodies lithe, vibrant and active. Any and all signs of flabby fat simply vanishes without a trace. The objective for them is having slim arms, shapely legs and a toned torso.

Among some of the moves they execute in the gym are: deadlifts, squats and overhead presses. These supermodels follow a strict and spartan regimen and it clearly shows up on their frames which are every man’s fantasy.
