Australian model Bridget Malcolm talks about her regimen and her diet that help her look awesome at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show ramp

It is not secret that the Victoria’s Secret Angel and models all work out very hard for the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

Many models have revealed that they kick their workout routines up a notch to tone their bodies better and build stamina to walk easily in heels and carry the wings and back pieces with comfort and without much strain. Each Angel and model have their workout routines and diets that they like to follow in preparation for the show.

The Australian model, Bridget Malcolm is no exception. She will be walking the ramp for the second consecutive time this year. She is also engaged in a workout routine and a diet which she discussed in an interview.

Talking about her workout routine with Vogue, she said that she has been working out the whole year in preparation. She said that she like to work out in a way that moves all of her body muscles.

She used to do cardio and Pilates earlier on but then she started to go to Body with Simone. She had been obsessed with the training gym ever since.

She said she loved the gym where she was trained by female trainers and she loved that because female trainers understand the body needs and they tailor the workout around that.

She said that she now works out a hour for five days a week. Her workout sessions in Body by Simone consist of cardio and light running. She said that she likes working out and staying active and Simone workouts help complete her full body exercise.

Talking about diet, she said that she likes to eat clean and healthy including, fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. She also showed preference for Vega One saying it had a good amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. She also said that she drinks plenty of water to keep fit.
